Job tasks

    Your tasks:
  Business Development:
  • Depending on your professional experience, you will be responsible for the continuous development and control of your own business unit or you will take on profit + loss responsibility for ongoing projects and deepen existing business relations
  • For this purpose, you acquire new customers as well as projects and you maintain long-term customer relationships by acting as an interface to ensure the successful project implementation
  • As the direct point of contact, you advise customers on solutions to specific technical problems and you keep track of the latest technologies and trends to guarantee a successful development and support of new/existing business areas
  Project management:
  • Planning and budgeting of projects won in cooperation with the technical directorate
  • Preparation of offers and contracts as well as project support
Team management and recruitment:
  • Deployment planning for successful project implementation
  • Management of your team and disciplinary responsibility for your consultants
  • Conducting interviews and recruiting new employees, with the support of our recruitment team to identifying/addressing suitable candidates

Job profile

    Your profile:
 
  • You have a degree in engineering or in technological science - alternatively, you have a commercial university degree with a relevant professional experience or a strong technological affinity
  • Experience in sales or project management, preferably in a relevant industry (e.g. aerospace, automotive, medical technology, IT) or in the service sector will open up higher entry opportunities for you
  • Knowledge of staff management, project organization and a keen interest in technical topics and new trends are desirable
  • Initiative, determination and a strong will to perform and succeed will drive you to achieve your best performance
  • Your excellent communication and sales skills coupled with your entrepreneurial way of thinking and working enables you to easily manage your key accounts and expand your customer base
  • Your service-oriented personality and your business fluency in German and English guarantee a high level of professionalism in customer contact
