Business model

As a development service provider, we have the know-how to flexibly provide the required skills that will meet the needs of our customers in all commercial sectors. We achieve this by means of targeted focussing on the structures and processes of each customer in order to provide support to their workflow with our tailor-made solutions. Because of our size and extensive experience of project activity, we can guarantee to provide standardised processes that will at all times meet the quality demands of our clients.

Irrespective of whether you require the help of professionals with specialised skills or commission one of our expert teams to implement an entire assignment on your behalf we’ll always be able to find a suitable form of collaboration. We will cooperate with you in the form of personnel leasing or by concluding appropriate agreements with you.

Contract for work and labour

This form of contract allows for individuality and flexibility. Together we will decide whether our collaboration should be based on work and service agreements, performance schedules or fixed-price projects. The specification of tangible requirements is an essential basis for the effective and successful completion of any project. Consolidation in task packages reduces order award management activities on the part of the client. And it is through the quality of collaboration that trust is generated! It is our aim to become your strategic development partner on whom you will be able to rely over the long term. Thanks to the international ALTEN network, you can be assured of flexibility and cost-effective collaboration with our subsidiaries in low-cost countries.

Personnel leasing

If you are confronted with sudden peaks in demand, capacity bottlenecks or internal difficulties that require short-term adaptations and the supply of resources, probably the most suitable solution for you will be personnel leasing. Our personnel will be on the spot to help you, so that full flexibility and management will be in your hands.
Did you know that the German Law on Temporary Employment (AÜG) was revised on 1 April 2017?

  • The maximum permitted personnel leasing period is now 18 months (any period of personnel leasing by other service providers after 1 April 2017 is also included). There is then a 3-month embargo period on personnel leasing. In cases of failure to comply with the above requirements, a legal employment relationship automatically comes into being between leased personnel and temporary employer.
  • It should also be borne in mind that after a period of employment of 9 months, leased personnel have the right to receive the same corresponding level of pay as normal employees of the temporary employer.

Corporate responsibility

To achieve shared success, it is not only necessary to have the same goals but to work towards these using the same methods. We have thus outlined our guidelines for attaining appropriate interaction and mutual respect in our
ALTEN Code of Conduct. Our strategies with regard to quality and corporate responsibility are regularly audited and we obtain the corresponding Certificates.

What we do
